Failed Abortion

16 November, 2017

aborto

In 2000, 19-years-old Gianna Jessen explained her life to a of U.S. congressmen group: “my biological mother was 17 years old and was 7 and half months pregnant when she decided to abort me by the process of saline injection. I am the person that she aborted. I lived instead of dying. My mother was at the clinic and doctors programmed the abortion at 9 in the morning. Fortunately, the abortionist was not in the clinic when I was born at 6 am on April 6 1977. I hurried. I am sure that if he had been there, I wouldn’t be here today because his job is to end life and not save it. Some people say that I am a “failed abortion; the result of a badly done job.”

Abortion Again

26 October, 2017

I confess that I don’t understand Pro-choice people. What moves them to defend as a right that a woman aborts her son? Sincerely, the assumptions on which that right is based on are so incredible that it is difficult to refute them. In 1985 in Spain, abortion was legalized in three assumptions: violation of women, risk to the physical health of the mother and the fetus, and risk to the mental health of the mother. That means that abortion stayed offense, but if it was practiced in one of these assumptions, neither the mother nor the person who would help her could be tried. In fact, more than a decriminalization, it was legalization. Some clinics (“abortion centers”) appeared. There and for a price more or less high, reports were issued, usually false, to declare that the pregnancy was very dangerous for the mental health of the mother; and then she could abort. A Danish report on spanish clinics showed that fetuses that even had seven months or more were aborted. For this, it was only necessary to falsify the supposed age of the fetus. Not happy with this situation, and as a result of a research on the clinics of Dr. Morin, where were executed real slaughter, grinding fetuses, and omitting the permissive Spanish legislation; the socialist government of Mr. Zapatero enacted the Organic Law 2/2010 on Sexual and Reproductive Health where abortion becomes a right, and assumptions no longer would be required in the first fourteen weeks. The will of the mother will only be required; the father has nothing to say because the son is only of the mother but if she decides the contrary then the father must be responsible in his fatherhood ¡Curious legislation! I will no take under considerations that law, and especially what has been said in favor and against it. Read the rest of this entry »

Legalized Death

26 October, 2017

“A government can never adopt the right to decide over the life of human beings, especially if they are unborn, as if they were not a person, relegated them to the condition of object to serve with other purposes, even though they were great and noble,” said Giovanni Lajolo. DEATH PENALTY AND ABORTION

26 October, 2017

While our President, Mr. Rodriguez Zapatero, defended in a Geneva forum the abolition of the death penalty throughout the world, the Spanish Senate approved with a minimal majority, the Law on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Voluntary interruption of pregnancy: Aido law or abortion law. While the first effort seems laudable, since no life is in hands of the man, even if its elimination would be protected by the law, or even the life of terrorists or murderers; the second one established the abortion as a “right”. I do not understand as great disparity of criteria: we must not condemn to death to any criminal, no matter how repulsive and cruel have been their crimes, but thousands of innocent children can die without having been born, only by the decision of their mothers. I do not think that it will cause more abortions than we currently have, since the permissiveness in the previous act was so much, that the abortion was practically free, because there was always an unscrupulous doctor that practiced it. That meant a danger to the mental health of the mother, previous payment, of course. The most terrible of the new law is that it establishes the abortion as a right. In view of a right, there is no conscientious objection. Before the abortions were practiced by doctors and nurses in private clinics (abortion centers), now any doctor in the public health may refuse to perform abortions on pain of sanction or trial and sentence. How low we have fallen!

Every thirty seconds, there is an abortion in the U.S.

17 December, 2015

On January 22, 1973 the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in the case “Roe Vs. Wade “which allowed, since that sentence was mandatory by law, the legalization of abortion in the country. Since then, over 55 million children have been killed. The argentine Center for Bioethics Person and Family (centrodebioetica.org) has issued a comment on the implications of the judgment and has proposed a revision of it, in the light of a study conducted by the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), which has been released by the argentine agency AICA.
